Description

Sweet Dumpling Squash Seeds

[75 days] A petite winter squash the size of a large apple, Sweet Dumpling is beautiful on the outside and remarkably sweet and creamy on the inside. In shape, it resembles a small pumpkin, and its skin is cream-colored with either green, orange, or yellow stripes. The flesh is orange, and when cooked earns its namesake.

Best cooked with their skin on, as it’s difficult to peel raw. When cut in half, it’s just the right size for stuffing. The flavour pairs well with strong cheeses, dried fruits, and nuts, and when pureed tastes delightful in mashed potatoes and soups.

Will keep for a month or two when stored in a cool, dry place.
