Ivory Eggplant is a beautiful miniature eggplant, producing a heavy crop of pure white fruits throughout the entire growing season. The fruits are cream-coloured and grow to about the size of an egg, and the plant itself is small enough to thrive in both containers and border plantings.

[65 days] This unique, compact eggplant produces a prolific amount of small, oval fruit and is thornless (unlike many eggplants) and therefore easy to handle. Its purple flowers and silvery grey foliage make the Ivory Eggplant an attractive plant, even at an early stage, and its a perfect choice for mixed flower and vegetable planters.
The fruit of the Ivory Eggplant are bitter-free (you don’t need to salt them before cooking!) and the flesh has a delicate, mild, smoky flavour that will delight your taste buds. These fruits are fantastic baked, fried, grilled or steamed, and Ivory is especially suited to casseroles and ethnic dishes.
