Free delivery will now start on orders above £20.00 and postage will now start from £1.80.
Any orders above £5.00 will now be sent on a tracked service as standard, this will reduce lost and missing claims as well as hopefully speed up the delivery time frame!
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receipt of full payment and are delivered with Royal Mail, any order that is deemed 'urgent' we can arrange a pre 9am or pre-noon delivery at the buyer's expense so please contact us for a quote first.

Christmas Delivery
Please note due to the backlog within the postal system any orders that have not selected a courier on the checkout will be dispatched AFTER Christmas. Sorry but the order will just get lost or not arrive.
We believe our delivery costs to be fair, we can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each order. You can track your order on the Royal Mail website using the tracking code provided. Our postage costs include the cost of delivery and packing.

1st Class Services
Due to an open import policy on most products and quantities the website will currently accept export orders. We can post seeds to the following locations without additional paperwork:
- Canada- Falkland Islands- Iceland- Norway (all ok except Tomatoes, Allium spp. and Strawberries)
Please note transit times are a guide only and can take longer. We also recommend keeping orders to 50 packets of seeds or less to avoid additional charges or paper work. Canada for example will only allow import of 50 packets per order.
We can post seed weights (i.e 1kg of carrot seed) with prior notice to the above locations also.
Falkland Islands, Iceland, Norway & Canada Charges - Please allow up to 20 postal days for delivery
Please note garden buckets and some accessories will incur an additional charge to be exported from the UK. For 10 30ltr buckets couriers start from £46-72 depending on the service selected. Please contact customer services for further information or a more detailed quote, including your full delivery address and country.
