How do you take care of Red Russian kale when growing from seed? It is advised that Red Russian Kale should be sown in full sun and given half an inch of water a week. Your kale vegetable seeds may need more water in the warmer climates and less in colder temperatures. Kale tends to do better in colder conditions but can still be grown in warmer climates.
