Canton White Pak Choi Seeds

[45-60 days] Pak choi—also known as bok choi—is a classic Chinese cabbage used in everything from salads to stir fries and soups. This particular variety is non-heading, instead producing 8-12 crisp, white stalks that end in round, glossy leaves. The taste is mild compared to some other pak chois. Use the baby leaves in salads or allow the leaves to mature for soups and stir fries. A cool-season brassica.
