Shaped like a turban, this pumpkin has bumpy, aquamarine-green skin, succulent yellow-orange flesh, and averages between 8-12 lb.
Delicious baked or in pies and especially prized for use in gnocchi and ravioli. Excellent for storage, the taste of the Marina di Chioggia squash actually improve with storage, so don’t be afraid to save them for winter eating.
