Snowball Cauliflower Seeds
[65 days from transplant] One of the earliest cauliflowers, Snowball is a heavy yielding, heirloom variety producing large 6-8” heads and beautiful, uniform, snow-white curds. The taste is quite a bit milder than what you tend to find in the store, and when cooked the curds are superbly tender.
When grown in cooler weather (spring/fall), the outer leaves self-blanch the curds. Snowball is resistant to downy mildew and an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects
Stir fry, steam, or serve raw with dips. It freezes well, too.
