Ambassador F1 Courgette Seeds
[50 days ] Known as zucchini in the United States, courgettes are some of the easiest vegetables to grow in thee home garden or allotment. Ambassador F1 is an especially early courgette that yields superior-tasting fruit as early as 50 days after planting. The fruits are dark green, 10-20cm (4-8”) long, and have a sweet, slightly nutty flavour.
The plant itself produces over a long period of time and has an excellent tolerance to powdery mildew. It has such a high yield that two or three plants should be sufficient for an entire family. In fact, the main problem with courgettes is eating them all, as they produce so many fruits so quickly. So have fun finding all the different, tasty ways to cook them! They taste great grilled, baked, steamed, roasted, and stir-fried. They’re also great in courgette bread.
Ambassador F1 has been tested, trailled and recommended by the National Institute of Agricultural Botany. Suitable for growing in containers.
