Crispus F1 Brussels Sprout Seeds

The Crispus is a fairly new variety of brussels sprout that produces an attractive, incredibly reliable crop of tasty, dark green sprouts. The sprouts are small and tight, and hold up well on their stalks. The answer to many a gardener’s prayer, Crispus brussels sprouts are reliably resistant to the fungus that causes clubroot. So much so in fact, that it is the only variety recommended for use on land that has already seen this most dire scourge of brassicas.

Great fresh or frozen. We like them stir-fried with garlic, ginger and shallots!

Harvest September to November.
